Setting Up

1. How do I register for access?

At the myBRANCH home page click the ‘Register’ link in the top right corner. On this page, click the Register icon, and in the page that opens, simply enter your Middy's Account Code and click the ‘Register’ button. An email will then be sent to the email address of the main myBRANCH Contact that we have recorded. Follow the instructions in the email to register for myBRANCH. You can also register other users in your business to access myBRANCH.

2. How do I log in?

At the myBRANCH home page click the ‘Login’ link in the top right corner. On this page enter your username and password in the entry fields and click the ‘Login’ icon.

3. I’ve forgotten my password, how can I reset it?

At the ‘Login’ page click ‘Forgotten your password’. This will take you to a page where you can request a password reset. To reset your password, type the user name used to register your account. You will be sent an email with further instructions.

4. I’ve forgotten my username; how can I recover my username?

At the ‘Login’ page click ‘Forgotten your password’. This will take you to a page where you can request a username reset. To reset your username, type your first name, last name and email address used to register your account. You will be sent an email with further instructions.

5. How do I search products?

To locate products you can use the search bar located near the top of the page as well as the categories menu bar below it.

6. I can’t find the products I’m looking for

You can narrow your search by description, product code, brand, categories etc.



Ordering

7. How do I place an order?

Add the products you wish to purchase to your cart and click the cart to proceed to the checkout. There you can review your order and make adjustments if required before finalising and submitting your order.

8. Can I create a fast order?

Yes. Click on your account next to the ‘My Cart’ icon. On this page you can click on ‘Fast Orders’ which will allow you to quickly add more items to your cart.

9. Can I view previous orders?

Yes. Click on your account next to the ‘My Cart’ icon. On this page you can view all previous orders.

10. What products will be online?

5,000 of fast moving and core products. We will be adding more and more products over time.



Collection & Delivery

11. Are there certain times for collection and delivery?

Yes. There are morning and afternoon blocks of time, 9-12 and 2-4. Note: Cut off time for ordering 8am for the morning and 1pm for the afternoon on the day the order is placed.

12. Can I only place orders with my home branch?

For collection you can place an order from any branch. However, deliveries (at this stage) are only from your home branch.
